Harley-Davidson of Penang in Malaysia has been announced as the 2021 Dealer of the Year winner across Asia Emerging Markets (AEM). Competing against dealers across nine markets, including Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Indonesia, the Harley-Davidson AEM Dealer of the Year award rewards excellence across all areas of dealership operations.
The winning dealer was assessed on key criterions including:
>Customer satisfaction
>Commitment to training
>Sales, service, parts, accessories, and Harley-Davidson apparel performance
Working in close collaboration with the Harley-Davidson team, the dealership team demonstrated a remarkable commitment to the brand and was presented with a trophy by Koh Jyh Woei, Field Sales Manager at Harley-Davidson.
